He became a trial lawyer because the civil justice system is one of the few tools ordinary people have to hold powerful institutions accountable. Not just to get money — but to force change, make the record, and give survivors a voice that institutions cannot silence.
Frank earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law and his MBA because winning in court requires understanding how organizations protect themselves — and how to dismantle those defenses in front of a jury. That dual training is your advantage. He knows how the other side thinks, and he knows how to beat them.
