Why one lawyer runs four regional practices
I run four practices under four names for one reason: people want a lawyer who knows their place. A family in Seattle, a rider on PCH, a survivor in Salt Lake, and a business owner in Las Vegas all need the same thing — but each of them searches, trusts, and talks in a local way.
Las Vegas Trial Attorney — Licensed in NV, CA, UT, WA
One lawyer behind every name
Born and Raised Law, PCH Injury Law, PNW Injury Law, and SLC Survivor Law are all me. There is no call center or case manager standing between you and your lawyer. When you call any of the four numbers, the case comes to my desk.
Why not one big firm name?
Because “Frank Stucki Law, licensed in four states” tells you less than “PNW Injury Law” tells a Washington driver. Regional names let each site speak to the people it serves, with local roads, local courts, and local concerns, without pretending to be something it isn’t.
What stays the same everywhere
I personally review every case. You get straight answers, including when I think you don’t have a case.
- Injury cases: no attorney fee unless there is a recovery. If there is no recovery, you will not be responsible for case costs I advanced. You may be liable for the opposing party’s fees and costs.
- Other matters: fees in writing before you hire me.
